Ways to overcome negative thinking
Welcome my friends if you have reached this moment with me then you are really great, we will continue together how to develop yourself to accept.
You may say, but how can I accept myself as I am? The answer lies in seeing every flaw as an opportunity and starting to accept it in a conscious and enlightened way. When you accept yourself, you will be more able to focus on improving yourself in a continuous way that ultimately satisfies you. Maybe today you were not at your best. Always remember that tomorrow is a better opportunity.
Here lies the difficulty. Have you achieved what you want? If the answer is no, this does not mean that you have failed. It is simply part of a long journey towards progress and maturity. Inner peace does not come from perfection, but from surrendering to the fact that we are human and that we deserve to live a life full of acceptance and growth.
Dear reader, do you sometimes feel restricted by results? Do you find yourself drawn to what will happen tomorrow or in the end?
Let's agree to focus only on the present moment, that present moment can actually be controlled, and in fact this is the most challenging part of our lives, to separate ourselves from thinking about everything and its results, what is the consequence of its events, and when it will end. Many questions revolve in your mind, exhausting you and draining your resources.
Don't worry, I think that together we can adopt good ideas so that we do not eat ourselves up with anxiety. For example, do you remember the last happy occasion that happened to you?
Success in your studies, marriage, getting a good job, and other things that happen. If we search, we will find many happy moments and happy occasions.
Can you focus on that now with me?
Remember more and more and feel the return to those moments and live in them with all your being until you find yourself smiling.. Put in front of you a clear path to live a more balanced life and inner peace Let me explain that to you
This idea works in our daily life. Let's take another example from practical life. Perhaps you
have worked hard on an important project and all the time you were imagining the final result, how
people will appreciate you or how you will receive rewards as a result, but at one point of
moments you find that the result is not going as you expected. What happens then? Feelings of frustration and disappointment control you, but invite us to look at the situation from a different angle. Do not look at the result as an end in itself, but as part of a larger process. In other words, if the result is not within your control, why bother with it? What will you gain from constantly thinking about how things will go? If the outcome is in the hands of God or circumstances, your constant thinking about it will not change anything. The only thing you really own is what you can control: your will and your actions. To read more, please refer to my blog through the following links:
